Returns

Returns and Exchange Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once agreed, return the item within 7 days from the date your return has been approved. Please send it with a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit. You should also have a proof of purchase that you bought this item from us (for example, a shipping receipt or messages between us). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless items received are different from what was ordered. The item should be returned in its original condition and original packaging or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive your item, kindly allow up to 7 days for processing. If a refund was requested, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. If an exchange was requested, we will begin the process of sending your requested item of exchange.
